We are first time home-buyers and now first time home owners! Lauren was amazing. We were living outside of MA and she took her time to go to multiple homes each weekend to give us a virtual tour of the homes we were interested in. We were using the VA Loan and she is well versed in what requirements need to be checked in order to get a VA Loan approved. Lauren made us feel like we were her priority, took the time during the virtual tours to show us important details on the houses, and spent whatever time we needed to discuss a strong offer on the phone.
